AI-Based Multi-Sensor Fusion and Tracking for High-Target-Density Environments

Campus Plus are pleased to announce a new Industry Researcher project through the National Industry PhD Program, bringing together the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and DroneShield. 

The project will explore artificial intelligence approaches to enhance sensor fusion and tracking in complex environments. 

PhD candidate Gitarth Rajneesh Vaishnav will undertake the research with academic supervision from Dr Dr. Nabin Sharma at UTS and industry guidance from DroneShield. 

This collaboration builds UTS and DroneShield’s established partnership in AI-enabled counter-uncrewed systems, connecting leading research with real-world technology development.
