Researching the performative nature and impact of organisational purpose within organisational settings

Celebrating a HASS industry-university research collaboration project made possible through the Commonwealth Department of Education’s National Industry PhD Program: The Australian National University‘s Dr Patrick L’Espoir Decosta (ANU), Robert John Metcalfe from Denali Venture Partners and PhD candidate Richard Cawsey, Founder and Executive Chairman from Denali Venture Partners, will investigate whether setting a clear organisational purpose impacts its performance. The anticipated project outcomes are frameworks for improving performance, which will benefit organisations that are seeking to drive both purpose and performance outcomes while increasing brand, employer, and share value.
