Key requirements include submitting updated project descriptions (50 words) and titles (10 words) by 1 November for the Department of Education's public announcement. Collaborative agreements must be finalised and submitted within 10 business days of execution before projects can commence and funds dispersed. Universities need to provide candidate details, including USI, enrolment status, and RTP scholarship evidence (for industry-linked candidates). Banking details for both universities and industry partners are required, along with a finance contact for verification. Kickoff meetings with all parties—student, industry partner, and university—are mandatory before payments can be processed. Round 1 processes are ongoing, and once all requirements are met, projects can begin promptly.
