SERIES 2 WORKSHOP
One project, many voices: how to succeed with multiple stakeholders
Presented by: Dr. Kim Wark
Successful Industrial PhD projects depend on more than strong research. They require the ability to work confidently across the different expectations, timelines and priorities of university and industry partners. This workshop offers you a valuable opportunity to strengthen that capability by exploring the key elements of industry–university collaboration project management. Through practical examples and interactive discussion, you will develop the skills to navigate complexity, build productive stakeholder relationships, and set your projects up for success from the outset.
