Presented by: Mary Ferguson
Build the confidence and capability to lead effectively across diverse environments in this practical, skills-focused workshop. You’ll explore how different work styles and preferences shape leadership approaches, and learn how to recognise and step into leadership opportunities within your current role. Drawing on the principles of situational leadership, the workshop equips you to adapt your approach depending on the context, whether working within academia, engaging with industry, or navigating collaborative partnerships. Through hands-on activities and guided practice, you’ll develop essential skills in negotiation, conflict management, and influencing others.
